HOLIDAY DINING OFFERINGS AT THE SHERATON GRAND AT WILD HORSE PASS

Phoenix, AZ – (December 8, 2016) – The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass will offer Holiday inspired dining selections for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays.  The culinary team invites you to celebrate the season with us.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day:

Allow our culinary team at Ko’sin restaurant to offer you a lavish holiday meal at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.  Ko’sin is offering a prix-fixe, three-course meal on Saturday, December 24th and Sunday, December 25th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Chef de Cuisine Jason Allen crafted entirely different menus for the two occasions.  Highlights from the Christmas Day menu include; roast duck with Carolina gold rice, winter squash, duck crackling and blood orange; or house-made maltagliata pasta with fennel sausage, clams and braised greens.  An array of holiday inspired desserts crafted by Pastry Chef Marcos Castro include Buche de Noel, French for “Yule Log,” which is prepared with almond joconde, raspberry and baked meringue. The prix-fixe menus will be priced at $45 per person.

Ko’sin will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., extending their traditional dinner menu served alongside holiday features. Select entrée features will also be offered at the resort’s Lobby Lounge.  Kai will be closed from December 20 – 24 and will reopen for dinner service on Tuesday, Dec. 27.

New Year’s Eve:

Both Ko’sin and Kai, Arizona’s only Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond restaurant, have delightful menus prepared for New Year’s Eve dinner service.

Kai’s Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Swanson, has prepared a seven-course tasting menu complete with the splendor expected from the award-winning Kai dining experience.  Chef Swanson’s offerings will include courses such as langoustine in a corn and Meyer lemon custard with a micro brioche sponge and winter foliage; or a cast iron Nebraska Wagyu briquette with creamer potato fluff, mulato and saguaro emulsion.

Dinner service will be offered from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will be priced at $220 per person. A four-course dinner will be offered by Ko’sin in place of their traditional dinner menu on New Year’s Eve.  Highlights from the four entrée options include; a duo of beef with braised short rib, roasted tenderloin, butter whipped Yukon, royal trumpet mushrooms and winter truffle puree; or a gulf cioppino with peasant bread, bay scallop, grouper, clams, tepary beans and a spicy crab broth.  Vegetarian, vegan and child selections are available upon request.  This enchanting holiday meal is priced $80 for adults and $72 for seniors.  Reservations are accepted from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and can be made by calling 602-385-5726.
